11/27/25 Gobble gobble, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone else who celebrates. J made homemade macaroni and we went to my parent's house. I helped Mom in the kitchen since she always goes hard on the food holidays and needed an extra set of hands.

I didn't do an excellent job of keeping up with my diary in November. I hope to do better in December!

Purchased size 16 jeans at American Eagle because my 18s were getting way too sloppy. This time last year, I was a size 22.

Doctor's appointment; my 3 month check up. I am the healthiest that I've been in years and I have lost 57lbs in the past 10 months.
